They have an up to date understanding of what the local real estate prices are, and for how long properties are staying on the market. I found Kate to be friendly, professional and respectful of my wishes. At all times I was kept up to date concerning showing the property and feedback after each view. Her office staff were also very helpful, following up immediately any concerns and sale follow ups. I would not think of using anyone else.
