Kate helped us sell a large undeveloped and unique block on a peninsula. To show the block to it's best effect (and it is beautiful) you need to wander the (up and down) tracks to the waterfront. This required a minimum of a half day. Kate did this for numerous potential buyers and had an affinity for the block itself. We believe this passion showed through to those thinking of buying.
