Initially, 10-15yrs, I had been managing my properties myself. However the rent had fell way behind market value, up to 25-30% below. Not only that my tenant had become complacent, demanding and difficult. Their rental payments had become spasmodic and difficult to keep track of. Kate Storey helped me navigate the legalities of rental increases and helped manage a tenant, who’d become resentful and unrealistic in their expectations because of the rental increases.
