We had great service from the property manager, who communicated with us regularly, managed finances in a timely manner and sent us detailed property inspection reports. Her knowledge of legislation was extremely good and she was able to advise us on a number of occasions. Any repairs were identified and dealt with promptly, after communicating with us.
