I met with several agents before I signed with Kate Story and while some were cheaper, what made me choose Kate was that she was in it for me, not herself. She gave me sound advice about holding off my listing for several months which resulted in a very positive outcome. Other agents were keen to cash in and do the sale imediately which would of produced in a much poorer result.
Kates experience and knowledge was evident through every step of the sale and right up to the very last day she was still working hard to get the very best price. She was almost always contactable and when she wasn't, she always got back to me, keeping me up to date.
