Growing up in the Southern Beaches area, Clancy possesses local knowledge and has been involved in many community projects and sports co-ordination over the years. In her spare time she enjoys baking and decorating cakes for her family and friends.

I had a beach shack rented via Kate Storey Realty for 6 months whilst planning to later put it on the market. My main contact at the firm for tenancy etc. issues was Clancy. Her low key but consistent, proactive service, coupled with a friendly manner couldn't be faulted, despite the lease's short term. If looking for a good agency to manage a rental property, I'd recommend this firm.

Clancy at Kate Storey began managing my rental property in 2022. The previous tenant had left the house in a terrible state, and I was unable to deal with all the problems myself. Clancy organised absolutely everything that needed fixing (basically gutting everything and renovating). She found all the tradespeople and organised all appointments, keeping me fully informed at every step. She understood my hesitancy about new tenants and worked with me at every step. I finally have peace of mind. I couldn't recommend her and this agency more.
