Over the past 8 years I have sold properties in many suburbs but my focus and experience is around the Southern Beaches area. I have a qualified database of active and passive buyers who I keep in contact with regularly, I understand their needs and what they are looking for.
I am down-to-earth, energetic, and creative, providing my clients with clever sales strategies to deliver market-leading prices for both residential and commercial sales. I have an ability to make my clients feel right at home and in the very best of hands. Honest and upfront, my in-depth knowledge, negotiating expertise and unique marketing skills are an asset to every sale.
One of my secrets to success is understanding exactly what motivates a vendor to sell their property and how they would like to structure a campaign. This skill of listening also translates to my communication with my vendors and sellers.
I have lived in the Southern Beaches area all my life, attending the local Dodges Ferry Primary School until 2007, then attending high school. I purchased my first home in 2016 on Carlton Beach Road, where I live with my partner Jake, daughter Ava and dog Kosmo.
I love living close to the beach and spend most weekends on or in the water (when not selling properties).
Living in a small local community provides a sense of security and comfort where most people know each other and look out for one another.
From growing relationships and trusted clients within the community, I am known for my bubbly personality, ability to get the best outcome for my clients, it is not just a transaction for me. It is much more.
